At Academy AST we promote the development of participants through competitive experiences that facilitate their professional growth.

We are specialists in organizing and managing top-level stays for teams from all over the world for more than 20 years.

Our team has more than 25 years training in clubs of all categories of Spanish football.

TECHINCAL - TACTICAL

The phases of training in the AST Academy serve to analyze and evaluate the player to determine his evolution and performance both in competition and in daily training.

The evolution of the athlete will start with a try out to establish the level and the objectives of the player, until the entry into higher competition and the issuance of an aptitude report.

AVAILABLE MEDIA

We have first-class facilities, including those of Sevilla FC and Real Betis, teams with a long history in Spanish soccer with whom we collaborate.

We put into practice all the means for the continuous evaluation of soccer players and coaches, for whom we guarantee internships in First and Second division clubs in Spain.

In addition, our location is one of our main assets.

Andalusia is an international tourist destination, we have more than 3,500 hours of sunlight a year, which facilitates the practice of sport.

GROWTH

Our Individual Career Plan contains many fields for the professional and personal development of players and coaches.

We include the improvement of the Spanish language through a teaching program, an internship program related to the studies in their home country, as well as cultural and social experiences programmed throughout southern Spain.

We have residence monitors for athletes who ensure their safety, comfort and good behavior.

At Academy AST we pay special attention to the health of our athletes. That is why we plan, develop and control your personal and collective preparation.

Medicine

Physical activity improves performance, but can lead to injury. For this reason, our medical team is joined by strategic agreements with the world’s leading insurers and health coverage with hospitals and health centers. Parents’ peace of mind is a priority.

Nutrition

We offer a personalized Food Plan based on Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine to optimize sports performance. In addition, we collaborate with researchers from the University of Seville for a better understanding of sports nutrition for players and coaches.

Psychology

In the training of our players, emotional well-being is essential, which is why we offer the best tools. Many of our young people are facing their first experience away from home, which is why our psychological team accompanies and supports the work of our technicians.

Training

We collaborate with prestigious institutions and educational centers. We are specialists in training athletes and above all people, which is why we offer world-class educational opportunities to our athletes along with our full-time soccer program.

FACILITIES

SEVILLA TRAINING FACILITY

Our headquarters is located in the heart of the Nervión neighborhood, very close to the center of Seville and easily communicated thanks to the public transport stations close to it.

The facility has an 11-a-side soccer field with artificial grass.

The facility has all the elements for practicing sports: changing rooms (home and away), video scoreboard, benches and artificial lighting.

RESIDENCES

We have different residences in Seville.
All our facilities have all the comforts for the day to day of the player. Single and double rooms, private bathrooms, study room, common areas, gym, library and dining room.

All of them are very close to the soccer field and easily communicated with the Carlos V Language School, thanks to the public transport stations close to them.

SAGE COLLEGE

Sage College is a prestigious international British school in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). Its first-class facilities combined with its excellent academic offer offer a unique opportunity for students who decide to take the program we offer there.

The center has a dining room, laboratories, a library, a theater, a swimming pool, sports courts, study rooms, a student residence with single and double rooms with private bathrooms, and an artificial grass soccer field.

COSTA BALLENA

Costa Ballena is a population center between the Cádiz municipalities of Rota and Chipiona. It is an urban complex for tourism. Academy AST has 2 sports facilities in Costa Ballena:

The Juan Reales complex, which is made up of two 11-a-side soccer fields with natural grass.
